Later, she starred in films including The Savages, Revolutionary Road, and It’s Complicated. She featured in Olive Kitteridge, an HBO miniseries. In addition, Zoe was nominated for an Emmy Award.
She rose to prominence as the daughter of well-known screenwriters Nicholas Kazan and Robin Swicord. Zoe married Paul Dano, an actor, and they had a daughter named Alma Bay.
