Vaishali Takkar is an Indian film actress, who mainly works in the Bollywood television industry. She made her debut television series Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai which is one of the most popular TV shows aired on Star Plus. She worked in the TV show Sasural Simar Ka in which she paired opposite Anjali Prem Bharadwaj. Her works like Super Sisters, Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara, and Manmohini 2 gave her light and fame. But unfortunately, she was found dead in her home by her father on 16 October 2022.
She committed suicide by hanging herself in her home in Tejali Nagar, Indore. Police recovered a suicide note in her bedroom alongside her body. In the letter, she stated that she had been harassed by her neighbor Raul Navlain. Takkar got engaged to her long-time boyfriend Dr. Abhinandan Singh from Kenya on 26 April 2021. Her Instagram account has more than 614K followers (as of October 2022).
