Sreenath Bhasi is an Indian film actor, model, and singer, who mainly works in the Malayalam film industry. He came into the limelight for his role of Sunny Jose Prakash in the 2012 Malayalam film Da Thadiya. In 2011, he made his acting debut with the Malayalam movie Pranayam. He made his singing debut with the song Oh, My Panchasara for the movie Da Thadiya. Sreenath started his career as a RED FM Malayalam radio jockey. He also appeared on Kiran TV as a video jockey in the same period.
In 26 September 2022, Sreenath was arrested by Kerala Police for verbally abusing a YouTube channel anchor Veena Mukundan and a radio journalist during a live interview.
Veena Mukundan Behindwoods Malayalam anchor filed a case against Sreenath for abusing her during the interview. At the same Sreenath abused a Malayalam radio journalist during a live interview on Red FM 93.5. Kerala Film Producers Association (KFPA) on 27th September 2022 released a statement that Sreenath was temporarily banned for allegedly abusing a female anchor during an interview for the promotion of his Chattambi movie.
