Revathi Athlete : Revathi is an Indian athlete from Sakkimangalam of Madurai, Tamilnadu. She is selected for the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. She qualified for the mixed 4x400m relay team for the Olympics. She is from a poor family, She lost her parents at young age and brought up by her grand mother.
Revathi athlete one step to see her dream come true. Revathi had a Wheezing problem and discontinued her college studies at 1st year(Later Joined). She also worked in Auto mobile industry, fixing parts, equipment’s for a month. She is a hard-working sprinter and clinched so many track records in National and inter-university college records.
She was raced to 53.55 seconds in 400m and broke the record. After failing several attempts for the Olympics trials, the 5th attempt brings fruitful news by qualifying for the Olympics relay women’s team. The upcoming mixed relay women’s team for Tokyo Olympics is Revathi Veeramani, Subha Venkatesan & Dhanlakshmi Sekhar.
