Debut director Mohan Govind’s first film Pizza 3 was released on December 31, 2021, Friday. Pavithrah is also a doctor living in Malaysia. Kumar says: The shooting of the film started in February last year. After a break in the lockdown, we started again in September and finished most of the servings near Deepavali. We are thinking of releasing the film in theaters around March. We hope that by then the government will allow 100 percent occupancy of movie theaters.

The film is produced live by CV Kumar, starring Ashwin Kakumanu. Kaali Venkat, director Gaurav Narayanan and Raveena Daha and others star in this film. Pavithrah Marimuthu of Arulnithi starrer Diary stardom will be caught trying for the female lead. While director Gaurav Narayanan plays the role of a cop named Inspector Prem Kumar.

In the film Shot in and near Chennai, Kumar makes it clear that the film is not a sequel to Pizza 2. He is counting on it to dot the i’s and cross the t’s and not contain clichés that you often see in horror films. He said Pizza 3 is an extra effort compared to some of the regular weird movies. Which we have seen before. It will have strong feelings that the screenplay and making will be the international standard.
