Jeev Milkha Singh is an Indian golfer and the son of famous athlete Milkha Singh (Flying Sikh) who passed away on June 18, due to covid complications. Nirmal Sani (late) is a mother of Jeev Milkha Singh and former captain of the Indian National Volleyball Team.
Jeev Milkha is the first Indian player to join the European tour in 1988. He won so many titles and victories across the world. Jeev Milkha received Padma Shri award from the Govt of India in 2007. He was the first Indian golfer to list in top 100 in world rankings.
In 1999, He received Arjuna Award for the excellence in sports. In 2008, he achieved the highest ranking ever achieved by an Indian golfer at PGA Championship. Jeev Won the Volvo China Open, Volvo Masters, Asian Tours, and more.
