Who is Jade Carey?
Jade carey (full name – Jade Ashtyn Carey), born May 27, 2000, is an American artistic gymnast who represented the United States at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. She is the 2020 Olympic champion in women’s floor exercises.
In jumping, Jade Carey is the 2017 and 2019 world silver medalist, the 2018 Pan American champion, and the 2017 United States national champion. In floor exercise, Jade Carey is the 2017 world silver medalist and the 2018 Pan American Champion.
Jade Carey was a member of the teams that won gold at the 2019 World Championships and the 2018 Pan American Championships and is a five-time member of the United States women’s national gymnastics team (2017 to present).

The 21-year-old from Arizona bounced back from a terrible stumble during Sunday’s jump finale to claim first place on the court with a score of 14,366. The medal is the fifth claimed by the United States women’s gymnastics team in Tokyo, including star Simone Biles without four finals to focus on her mental health.
Italian Vanessa Ferrari, fourth in the 2008 and 2016 Olympics, took silver. The dramatic performance of the 30-year-old caused a roar from the various federations within the Ariake Gymnastics Center.
Angelina Melnikova from the team representing the Russian Olympic Committee and Mai Murakami from Japan tied for bronze with a score of 14,166. The gymnasts had both the same difficulty score and the same performance score in their routines.
