‘Nai Sekar’ is a movie directed by Kishore Rajkumar and starring Satish in the lead role. Pavithra Lakshmi, known for her role in ‘Cook with a Clown’, has been cast in the film. Produced by AGS, the film features Praveen as the cinematographer and Ajeesh Ashok as the composer. The teaser and lyrics of the film were recently released and have been well received. The film features a Labrador dog.
The crew has announced that the film will hit theaters on January 13, ahead of the Pongal Festival. The film has been certified as ‘U’ by the Central Court of Auditors.
Remarkably, the big-budget films that were to be released in Pongal such as ‘RRR’, ‘Valimai’ and ‘Radhe Shyam’ have been pushed back by the corona threat and small films like ‘Kombu Vachcha Singamta’ and ‘Naisekar’ have started entering theaters to fall.
