Arti Dogra is an IAS officer from Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She started her service as a joint secretary in the Rajasthan district. She is the first female IAS officer to serve as the administrative chief (MD) of Discom (Distribution organization) Jodhpur-Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.
The 2006 batch IAS officer is a motivational speaker. She is a former regional political race officer. Arti also worked as a local judge (DM) and sub-area gatherer/officer (SDM) in Ajmer. She did not took more than 1 attempt to crack UPSC exam.
She served as MD for Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited. Before Arti, no female got that opportunity. Like Swatch Bharat, she established a hygeiness based campaign named as Bunko Bikano. In 2018, she became an awardee of Daughters are Precious Award.
